AMBIO has worked on low emission actions within rural communities in order to improve agricultural and livestock practices, to revalorate local species and to increase environmental awareness in communities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cmsmasters_row_69ebbb96b8afa7_56600306\" class=\"cmsmasters_row the REDD+ Technical Advisory Committee of the state of Chiapas; it was part of the Working Group for the construction of the National REDD+ Strategy, with the National Forestry Council; it participates in the Technical Advisory Councils for the Environment and Climate Change of the state of Chiapas and it is a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), for the Region Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout these years, AMBIO has received several national and international recognitions for its
