Annual meeting of the Scolel’te program.
On January 18 and 19, 2024, the annual meeting of the Scolel'te program was held in the City of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, México. The objective of this was to be a space for the reunion of communities and producers, for the exchange of opinions and knowledge in the joint search for alternatives to technical, social and marketing problems, for the strengthening of the Scolel'te program in their areas of influence. 35 people attended this meeting, including technicians and community representatives.
During these two days, attendees exchanged knowledge, challenges and proposals. The meeting was identified as a space to share and coexist, generating an environment of trust, which strengthens the permanence and growth of the program, reinforcing its commitment to the local communities of Southeast Mexico.
